Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) have a cloud with instances
2) open up instance view
3) look at the "filtered" label in the instance view. Since it is displayed, view is told to be filtered.
4) open up filter dialog

Result:
No filtering expression is set

Expected result:
Since the view says that it is filtering, there should be a filtering expression set (or vice versa: if no filtering expression is set, the filtering label should not be set)
