Code completion for XML elements does not work for Plain Eclipse + RichFaces component + dependencies.

1. EXEC: Unpack eclipse SDK somewhere
2. EXEC: Install Richfaces component from update site
3. EXEC: Create JSF2 project
4. EXEC: Open web.xml in JBoss XML editor ans switch to the source tab
5. ASSERT: Content assist shows all possible children for document root node, not just children that already declared in current document
6. EXEC: Open XML Editor Preferences and configure editor to show only XML elements in content assist
7. ASSERT: Content assist shows only <> elements
8. EXEC: Open web.xml in WTP XML editor and check ASSERT #5 and #6
