Unable to select fault variable data type in faultHandler.

      From scratch:
      1) add scope
      2) add a fault handler with a catch branch
      3) choose User-defined in the properties tab
      4) define Namespace, Fault Name and the Variable Name
      5) choose the type using the browse button.

      Using the attached sample:
      1) select the Catch brach in the fault handler
      2) add a variable name
      3) select the type using the browse button. (you may use ns:scopeFault)

      User is not able to select the data type for a user defined fault when defining a faultHandler catch branch. It's possible to attempt to select the data type using the browse button but the chosen type is not noticed by the UI. The message structure is missing too.
