Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) create a new connection
2) use "http:/test" as url (single slash!)
3) hit finish.
4) try to list the instances (either in the cloud view or in the instances view) of this new connection

Result:
An error is reported: "Host name may not be null"

Expected result:
An error shall be reported that says "your url does not contain a host, which may not be processed by deltacloud" or "invalid or non-deltacloud url"
