Add m2eclipse-core 0.12.0 and m2eclipse-wtp 0.11.1 to build

The m2eclipse team has been released new m2eclipse-core and m2eclipse-wtp versions.
The following are update sites:

m2eclipse-core 0.12.0 - http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e/
m2eclipse-wtp 0.11.1 - http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e-extras/

The JBoss Maven Integration is already compatible with both of them.
