usage reporting reports same eclipse instance as different instances

    Description

      The current usage plugin should stick to the eclipse instance and report request as being sent by the same eclipse instance. Of course different eclipse instances should be treated as different instances.
      Currently the plugin report requests from the same eclipse instance as being from different eclipse instances.
