Replace the Package Explorer with the Project Explorer in the JBPM JPDL3 perspective

Because of the fact that the refactorings for processes (JBIDE-6649 and JBIDE-6650) don't work in the Package Explorer but do work in the Project Explorer, I will replace the default in the jBPM JPDL perspective. See also JBIDE-6845.
