XULRunner 1.9.2 binaries downloaded from mozilla site is not working OOB under RHEL5 with SELinux in restricted mode

      SELinux prevents libxul.so from loading and show message in notification area.
      workaround is explained in message details and based chcon CLI command to let SELinux load libxul.so.
