Add support for ESB 4.7 contained in soa-p 5.0

    Description

      two things need to be done:
      1. In SOA-P 5.0, ESB 4.7 has different structure, it result in that the current ESB project wizard can not set up project classpath correctly
      2. ESB 4.7 has a new schema to support the new gateways, so need to add the support to create a ESB configure file with new schema
