OK button in CSS dialog is disabled then create a new CSS class for empty CSS file

1) Call CSS dialog for an empty CSS file
2) Press Add Class button and enter any Class Name, press OK
EXPECTED: OK button should be enabled to save changes in CSS file
ACTUAL: OK button is disabled.
