#{messages} code completion is not working

    Description

      EXECUTE: Create Seam EAR (havent tried war)
      EXECUTE: Open login xhtml
      EXECUTE: code complete #{mess|
      ASSERT: messages is available (it is for me)
      EXEUCTE: code complete #{messages.|
      ASSERT: list the keys from messages*.properties (i.e up, down etc. (This does not happen!)

      This worked in JBT 2 and previous 3 builds so its a regresssion.
