Default editor tab doesn't wok in Preferences of Visual part

1) Change the default value, for example, for Preview
2) Restart JBDS
EXPECTED: We must see Preview editor at first
ACTUAL: Visual/Source pane is opened

Sorry, it's not a bug. Reproducing of this situation was incorrect.
