Enable colored console output for WildFly server launch configuration by default

Starting on Eclipse 2022-09, console will have ANSI color escape sequences support and enabled by default:

Current launch configuration for WildFly server has VM argument "-Dorg.jboss.logmanager.nocolor=true" to disable color output and prevent ANSI sequences been seen on console output as it's not supported by Eclipse <= 2022-06, but with 2022-09 version this behavior can be changed.

This VM argument can be changed by user, and this enhancement proposal is to change the default behavior without user actions.

Maybe it could be necessary to detect Eclipse version to prevent changing this setting on older versions on a JBoss Tools upgrade.
