Create new maven test plugin in integration-tests repo for usage component

Create new test plugin for usage tests using maven and OSGI in integration-tests repo [1]. It cloud also cover any necessary test-framework implementations for usage contributing parts of Eclipse.

• get inspired in how other test plugin are implemented using maven and OSGI
• Create new test plugin (in tests project) and include necessary pom.xml and manifest changes
• Create a dummy test that would allow to make use of reddeer and maven to automatically start an eclipse runtime with installed JBT and perform easy test
