JPA version 2.2 cannot be set in RH CRS while creating new Dynamic Web Project

      While creating new Dynamic Web Project open Project Facets window. JPA cannot be set to version 2.2 (2.1 is the highest version available).

      Tested in the following Red Hat CodeReady Studio:
      Version: 12.14.0.GA
      Build id: GA-v20200220-1018-B5957
