1. Open Server view and create new server
2. In New Server dialog select Red Hat JBoss Middleware -> Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 7.2 *and click *Next
2. On next page make sure, Create new runtime (next page) *is selected and click *next
3. Link *Download and install runtime... *is grey, but should be blue, so user can download server.
