Declare JAVA17 - JAVA19 ENV vars on mac slaves

    Description

      JAVAxx env vars need to be declared on mac slaves:
      https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/label/mac/

      On mac slaves, we just need to add these to .bash_profile . Or maybe more than that because .bash_profile may not get called when jenkins slave starts.
