      With a clean jbosstools-central, "mvn clean verify" fails locally with

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.7:copy (copy-central-webpage) on project org.jboss.tools.central: Unable to find artifact.
