Open a clean JBT installation
-> open servers view, create new server
-> select OpenShift 3, click next
-> click cancel or the close cross button
-> 'Server Error' message pops up, cannot close the wizard

Workaround: go back to adapter selection and refresh it (i.e. check/uncheck the 'Show downloadable server adapters') - only then can the wizard be closed.
