Connection wizard: "Use default server" for OpenShift 3 connection has no effect, should not be clickable

      1. EXEC: launch Connection wizard (ex. via OpenShift Explorer context menu: New > Connection
      2. EXEC: pick "OpenShift 3" in "Server type"
      3. EXEC: provide url in Server
      4. EXEC: check "Use default server"

      Result:
      Nothing happens

      Expected result:
      "Use default server" should not be disabled since there's no default server for OpenShift 3
