Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

ASSERT: Have an OpenShift connection with a project and Docker connection.
EXEC: Open Deploy Image to OpenShift from context menu of an OpenShift connection or from context menu of a docker image in docker explorer.
EXEC: Proceed through wizard and finish.

RESULT: Image stream is not created.
EXPECTED RESULT: Image stream is created
