Eclipse UI is frozen after starting/stopping Forge

      Scenario 1

      1. Start Eclipse with Forge installed
      2. Create kitchenthink-angularjs project from central
      3. Select created project
      4. Open Forge console
      5. Push start button
      6. Ctrl-4 create Java Enum type
      7. Stop console with Stop button

      Scenario 2

      just start stop forge from console action bar

      Scenario 3

      Stop forge console by Stop button when it is writing to output stream.

      1. Select any folder from workspace and push Go To Selection button several times in a row.
      2. While forge is still producing output hit stop button.
      3. UI is frozen solid.
