Error Message displayed in JBoss Central has no scrollbars

      1. Force JBoss Central to display error for example use Linux distro without webkit installed
      2. Open JBoss Central
      3. Make JBoss Central to small to show complete error message

      ERROR: It's not possible to scroll error message to see complete text of it.

      Click on button "Details" has done nothing
