Suggestion dialog is not updated correctly for ref elements

      1. In diagram editor, create new step + chunk
      2. in chunk properties view, open reader tab and click error mark and click Create Artifact
      3. create artifact
      4. go back to the diagram, save it and go back to the chunk properties view
      5. the ref field is correctly filled up, the marker is correctly changed to info but when I open it there is still Create Artifact link. However, when I click the link I am navigated to the previously created artifact

      In JBIDE-20005, there was added a new navigation feature from Properties to diagram. However, the suggestion box is not always updated correctly.
