Openshift Application Wizard: No wizard for OpenShift 3 connections present. error is shown if wizard is opened from Central or via File/New

    Description

      If you open New Openshift Application Wizard from Central or from File->new->openshift application and select Openshift 3 there will be an error with text " No wizard for OpenShift 3 connections present." and there is no way to go to the next step
