Application wizard: cant use v1 templates when providing from disk

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have a v3 connection
      2. ASSERT: make sure that you have cloned https://github.com/adietish/application-templates.git
      3. ASSERT: make sure that the template (that you cloned) in eap/eap6-basic-sti.json is has
        "apiVersion": "v1"
        
      4. EXEC: in Explorer: unfold your v3 connection and select a project, pick "New"->"Application" from context menu
      5. ASSERT: application wizard shows up
      6. EXEC: select "use a template from my local disk" and browse, select "eap6-basic-sti.json"

      Result:
      Loading fails, you get an error that the wizard was not able to load/parse the template
