Connection wizard: cant use an existing v3 connection

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have a basic-auth connection to a v3 openshift server listed in OpenShift explorer
      2. EXEC: launch connection wizard
      3. ASSERT: in the combo, you should have your v3 connection listed
      4. EXEC: in the combo: pick the connection
      5. EXEC: watch the authentication details pane

      Result:
      There's no change in the authentication details pane, username/password are not filled in
