BrowserSim: document RHEL edge cases in BrowserSim FAQ

      What need to be added:

      • RHEL6 has no webkitgtk3 package, thus BrowserSim cannot be launched under GTK3 there
      • RHEL7 has no webkitgtk package, thus BrowserSim cannot be launched under GTK2 with SWT.Webkit browser there(but can with JavaFX)
