Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Hybrid Mobile project, located in the current workspace.
2. Remove the project from the workspace, but do not delete it from the filesystem.
3. Import the previously removed project. This step fails.
4. Move the project outside the workspace and reimport it. This step succeeds.

Importing a Cordova project that is not present in the project navigator fails when the project is physically present in the current workspace.

The project needs to be moved outside the workspace for the import to succeed.
