Scroll bar does not refresh when you check/uncheck "Hide installed" on the JBoss Central Software/Update tab

0. Install jboss-devstudio-8.0.0.Beta2-v20140525-2146-B104-installer-standalone.jar
1. Use new workspace folder
2. Launch Central
3. Select 'Software/Update' tab
4. Click 'Select All'
5. Click 'Install/Update' button, and install everything. Restart when prompted, and click though all the dialogs for SpingIDE, Android, ZeroTurnaround, etc.

6. Launch Central
7. Select 'Software/Update' tab
8. Uncheck 'Hide installed'
9. View should populate w/ the list of 17 installed connectors, but there's no scroll bar to scroll the view, and mousewheel over the view does nothing.

10. Resize the Central view, or minimize/maximize JBDS
11. Scroll bar appears, and the list of 17 connectors can be scrolled, either with mousewheel or using the scrollbar handle

12. Check 'Hide installed' to hide the 17 connectors. Scrollbar is still present and mousewheel now scrolls a field of empty whiteness.
13. Resize the view or JBDS again, and the scrollbar disappears again.

Problem: scrollbar should appear/disappear in response to content, not just view resizing.

May be related to JBIDE-10163

Opened as a JBIDE issue because I'm guessing this affects JBT Central too, not just JBDS.
