Application wizard: tags for quickstarts are oddly displayed for OSE

      2. EXEC: launch application wizard
      3. EXEC: unfold "quickstarts" and inspect the tags displayed behind the quickstarts

      Tags are displayed like this: ["php", "cakephp", "framework"]
