Table of seam runtimes is not updated after seam was added via runtime detection

      STEP: Open JBoss Runtime Detection (Preferences > JBoss Tools > JBoss Runtime Detection)
      STEP: Add path with runtime and seam
      ASSERT: Both runtime and seam was found
      STEP: Click on the button OK
      ASSERT: Added Seam runtime is showed in Seam Runtime Environments table (JBoss Tools > Web > Seam)
      FAIL: It is missing
