plugin names and providers are incorrect or missing for many integration test plugins

    Description

      Looking at the names of the test plugins in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-integration-tests/ I noticed today that many have no provider name set, and have plugin names like "Test" which is of course meaningless.

      Will attach PR to fix this.
