Steps to Reproduce:
Hide

ASSERT: make sure that you have an application with an embedded cartridge (ex. mysql)

EXEC: In OpenShift Explorer: select your embedded cartridge and choose "Properties" from the context menu

ASSERT: Properties view is showing up

Result:
The URL property is empty
