BrowserSim performance and livereload issues seen on RHEL6 relative to MacOS

    Description

      Seeing slow performance (on screen refresh), lack or responsiveness and failure to live-update on RHEL6. These issues are not being seen on other OS's.

      See attached screenshots for a comparison of RHEL6 to Mac OSX.
