Server adapter wizard: Weirdness when importing application while not creating server adapter

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have an application on OpenShift that you did not import to your workspace yet
      2. EXEC: launch Server adapter wizard and select the connection and application that you didnt import yet
      3. ASSERT: you cannot hit Next in the server adapter wizard
      4. EXEC: hit the Import link
      5. ASSERT: Import wizard pops up
      6. EXEC: In the Import wizard: uncheck Create and set up a server for easy publishing and hit Finish
      7. ASSERT: import wizard closes and you're back in the server adapter wizard
      8. ASSERT: Next is still disabled
      9. EXEC: select your application in the Application Name combo
      10. ASSERT: Next is enabled (Wrong!)
      11. ASSERT: the imported project is not listed in the Deploy Project combo (Wrong!)
      12. EXEC: hit Next
      13. ASSERT: you get to the wizard page that allows you to add and remove projects from the server adapter
      14. EXEC: hit Finish

      Result:
      An empty error dialog is showing up, the wizard is not closing. (see screencast out.ogv)

      Server adapter wizard cannot created adapter if the associated application is not yet imported and while importing user unchecks option to create server adapter - makes sense since the first step user made is to try to create adapter. See the screencast: out.ogv

      Not a major use case (user will probably won't uncheck to create the adapter in the second step of application creation), but should be fixed before GA since server wizard gets completely out.
