Provide a confirmation dialog when the user removes a cartridge (esp. a DB cartridge)

      we should have a confirmation dialog when the user removes a cartridge, especially a database cartridge. The action is not undoable and thus can be dangerous (causing data loss for example).

            Removal can happen in 2 cases:

            1) Removal of several cartridges at the same time (ex. you have mysql + phpmyadmin embedded, you remove mysql -> phpmyadmin gets removed, too):

            set to 4.1.0.Beta1 since users may do major harm by removing cartridges, they may loose all their data (if they remove the db-cartridge)
