LiveReload feature.properties sets feature name as "Feature"

      The livereload feature should have a better name (currently just "Feature").

      When installing, you see this:

      • Feature 1.0.0.Alpha2-v20130405-0853-B3 (org.jboss.tools.livereload.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.Alpha2-v20130405-0853-B3)
      • Feature Developer Resources 1.0.0.Alpha2-v20130405-0853-B3 (org.jboss.tools.livereload.feature.source.feature.group 1.0.0.Alpha2-v20130405-0853-B3)
