Return back to WTP's original DirtyRegionProcessor clode after it is fixed in WTP 3.5

    Description

      Because of DirtyRegionProcessor's issue we have a fixed copy of this class due to fix JBIDE-12418.

      The referenced BugZilla issue is marked as fixed and is targeted for WTP 3.5.M3, so, probably we should return to original class and not to have its copy in our code.
