Add menu entry "JBoss Central" in the Window menu

      Currently, it seems that the only way to open JBoss Central is to click on the JBoss logo in the toolbar. However, some people prefer using menus. So we should provide a "JBoss Central" entry in the "Window" menu, which would perform exactly the same as clicking on toolbar.
