Provide a mean to display requests and responses from the java-client layer

      We now added the ability to trace the communication that occurrs with the OpenShift server. You may enable or disable it via the Tracing option in the Eclipse preferences. The log file that all requests and responses are written to is by default located at <workspace>/.metadata/trace.log.

      We should provide a way to let the java-client log requests and responses (with a trigger to enable/disable), so that users problem can be more easily debugged.
