If the user had started the OpenShift tooling with a blank user account (no domain or applications), the user could not import applications that they had created outside of the tooling environment. This occurred because the tooling failed to refresh the user account and discover the new applications. The issue has been corrected for this release, enabling for discovery of applications created outside of the tooling environment.
