Defining runtimes using external file - runtime remembered even after configuration property is deleted

    Description

      When I add a -Djboss.runtime.directory.url property into the ini file and show the downloable runtimes, it is correctly listed. However, when I remove the property the runtime is still listed until I use a clean workspace.
