Exceprion when new New Seam runtime added.

1. Go to Window > Preferences > JBoss tools > Web > Seam
2. Press "Add" button.
3. In wizard - fill "Home folder" field with random path("sfjsjjifs", or any path that don't pointing to real seam location).
4. In field "Name" enter name for runtime.

For each symbol added exception throw in error log(in wizard warning about incorrect path is shown).
