BrowserSim: create about dialog/integrate BrowserSim with application menu of OS X

    Description

      • Create about dialog where a user can find basic project information
      • Now BrowserSim does not integrates with the application menu of OS X, i.e. standard menus as BrowserSim->About BrowserSim->Preferences... does not do anything. This should be changed to OS X standard behavior
