AS7.0.2 remote server cannot stop

    Description

      This issue only applies to AS 7.0.2.
      When you configure RSE server for AS 7.0.2 runtime and start it, everything seems to be working. When you then stop it, it gets stopped in JBT, but the process keeps running on the remote server.
