Include visual layout tool for UiBinder in JBDS GWT Tooling

    Description

      There's a really nice visual editor for UiBinder templates, but the JBDS/JBT packaging of the Google Plugin for Eclipse doesn't (yet) include this component. This means the visual editor isn't available unless we install the component manually from the Help -> Install New Software... dialog.
