reverse engineering for h2 (and possible other db's) fail if a . in catalog/schema name

      setup h2 db which name is xyz.db.h2.db so the catalog name becomes xyz.db.

      Then no tables are found by reverse engineering.

            bug/missing feature in hibernate core prevents this.

            No, as in my test things are generated, but with some problems. That is why I prefer to keep them separately.
