I have some tomcat instances in my Servers view, if I right click on them, the "Explore" menu is displayed, but does nothing.

We should :

• hide it from non supported runtimes
• make it work for tomcat servers (optional but that'd be super awesome). I don't have high expectations on seeing that be fixed though
