1. EXECUTE: Start RHDS on new workspace from development environment
2. EXECUTE: Create Seam Web Project
3. EXECUTE: Open WebContent/login.xhtml file
4. ASSERT: Visual part is showed on bottom and Login page is showed

Now I see error message after start on clean workspace with HTMLEclipse Welcome Sreen

VPE also have issues when other html using views (like javadoc) are open when eclipse is closed. the javadoc view will init the builtin browser instead of xulrunner (see JBIDE-1754)
